i'm
intact - op. 1

and after the third premier of the piece in E,
the Composer can do one of three:

He may abhor certain passages, the pencil now employed
or be perfectly content and let the piece rest
or rid of its entirety and piece one anew - a new peace
for I've a week till the next crowd's to please

regardless, as little
or as ridiculously dramatic as the changes be (granted there are,)
all We hear are variations
the main identifying melody left intact

you're
beautiful - op. 2

young as it may be this sudden development has me uncertain and my will left bent. obsolete i've made my promises and to the past i've sent my farewell kisses. under the moon i'd race through thoughts till all use depleted, my brain in knots, wondering how joyful it is that you my cinderella and i your beau can sip tea on the eiffel. onto this scene i send my camera returning empty for there's nothing to capture. nasty lens through which i peer distorting images, like a faulty seer, masking the impossible as possible preceded by a path fraught with trouble. each path now fully cast, at last i lose for who can make sand climb glass?

she's
perfect - op. 3

you've touched me yet i've never felt you
and you tell me things i am unable to hear
you die and resurrect before my very eyes
and between the two worlds we weave together.

look in that crystal ball and breath your last
because what's in there demands our death
but it works out in the end for me and for you
for although we die our skins glisten anew.

shapeshift before me and i'll follow suit
for we are both pieces destined to bind
but you're still flawed so look in one more time
hold my hand and your breath and let us die.

she's perfect in there so with no doubt
change for me and the picture completes:
i in a cloak of darkness and you in snow
may only death do us apart.

none
warmer - op. 5

Returning mine of greed were those of gray yet I still was entertained. Instilled within me was a rage for something so real was forbidden. To avert my eyes was this image involuntarily feigned, and to this image my actions were bidden.

In this delusion a voice took command and from me demanded the following.

"Take note of its form and appreciate no other. As of its needs they are your calling, and to stop you will the words most betraying escape from your brother."

Those gray were suddenly removed from my line of sight. Under the basic fundamental laws governing our world, the force had gone. From my eyes did retreat the blight, and to that I missed the most were my eyes drawn.

I now stared into a pair so beautifully deep and blue. To my regret it was a reflection of what lingered within me and in actuality shared the same hue of the former.

"Take note for the fortunes despise you, for as gray as these are, around you there are none warmer."

clearer
sky - op. 6

links weave like a spider's web and among them, most interesting is one that's the most beautiful yet dangerous but more importantly, made brilliant by the sun.

the soul is prey and victim to its grasp but a new connection, the beginnings of a core, weakens the chain's hold at last for the clouds have cleared for one more.

defy
entropy - op. 7

dreamers awake and thinkers vile
backwards and forwards made the same
let this world reclaim its romance
relearn in eternal slumber

nature
lies - op. 8

to me
your hands are within reach
but my hands are cold; lifeless
you present yours to me
and it rained, strange for helios showed his face
as luck would stab me
i stumbled upon foxes; (how terrible
that one reflects your face
we've become- dead?
already consumed by his fire
my heart is freezing; dying
slowly but surely
i begin to see)
the truth- lovers at last!
i say this upon to my world; with sincerity
hold my hand and my heart will never freeze

empty
streets - op. 9

we ran through the empty streets
did i feel the signs shoot by?
grazing my tender pink heart,
it began pouring forth a beautiful red

i stood on top a brand new canvas
did i see the patterns forming?
oozing across the pure white surface,
it began screaming a beautiful melody

a harmonious reply pierced the air
did we begin to beat as one?
draining your own passionate heart,
we began painting our love

our hands were clasped together
did we finally understand?
needing nothing else,
we ran through the empty streets

our
hands - op. 10

embers gracefully rise as the fireflies dance, igniting your soul; gripped and lulled into trance. why, how your tears fall and color my heart blue. staring into your eyes, i let myself drown into you: i dive into the ocean deep, soon overcome by waves. allow me to sympathize for how sad the one road it paves! it's beautiful isn't it? and the irony of it all is that it stirs within you a platonic memory that enthralls:

our

humble embrace;
an event that
notes our rebirth in
diad
symmetry;

clasped forever.

can you feel the sun? allow golden rays to touch you in a way that stirs those more joyful and true. come follow me through the green grass as the trees bend to make a lush overhead pass. we'll sit by the river as the water penetrates deep into those most painful. and before you weep, let me sing for you. the notes hang in the air and gently rest upon your ear as we stare:

a new

harboring of spring
as a rain drop that can
null wounds
dances so that it

meets that of yours.

sky's
romance - op. 11

as twilight meets the horizon,
the embers rise and die away;
the cascading colors bleeding,
leaving no breath left to say:

that i-

brilliant streaks of (sadness, in that you like the stars are alone,)
slowly fading into the midnight sky.

love you- with one other) had once claimed,

like the dust, slowly drifted away,
allowing for the burning sensation of the flames to seem amplified.

as the sun begins to peek,
whispers of the fire remain;
like the echoes in your heart,
saying that lasts the pain:

-forever.

dark
star - op. 12

why don on that pitiful mask
of fantastic flairs and glitter?
you were once so beautiful
and made my heart flutter.

the rose:

to do your memory justice
i kept my sorrow
but even that
began to wither
as my love became mortal:

dying
slowly

, i tried to taint my eyes
as to blind myself
but even that
did not hide to me
the wilting of your petals

to nothing:

as the most beautiful star
why do i lament for you?
: that in my heart i doubt
the return of the old you.

dry
sorrow - op. 13

rain was heavily falling
and glad weren't you
that i had brought
that umbrella?

despite drowning even those
that depended on it, we
were sheltered against
its relentless fury.

we waited underneath sharing
secrets and stories of new:
laughing, crying as tears
blended with the rain.

but nothing truly mattered because
i knew all too well for i
often dreamt of
strolling

.
.
.

down a garden looking for
that even-numbered flower.

most
grand - op. 14

Close the book for in my ending delusion,
my words speak silence even in profusion.
Though my chapter is over in your story,
I can't help but scoff at my mock victory.
Demanding from the muses tales so tall,
prepared are you for the impending fall?
Waiting under your shadow I will stand,
anticipating the new chapter most grand.

blissful
isolation - op. 15

the worlds peep above the horizon; the lazy clouds crawl across the sky.
young green blades sprout from the ground and we now have our private haven.
atop this hill we watch the events of these worlds as they pass us by:
civilizations rise and fall, as the remains are eventually scavenged by ravens.
the emotions, thoughts, and dreams from my mind command these worlds of ours,
and meekly smiling, i ask you into which world you would like to descend.
yet to my despair, even my best do not please you despite my amazing power.
but before i could hang my head in shame, with simple words you contend:
"i assert to you, my wondrous love, that life is but a chance to dream,
but simply resting in the sole fact that i was, you were- but we are..."
all the wild fantasies fade away and return to the forever settled mind stream,
as do the worlds before us, and atop the hill in blissful isolation, we smile from afar.

me
you - op. 16

the weather smells bittersweet as the rain becomes morning's dew
the greens drink their fill as the snipe evades my sight nightly
though the sky is filled to the brim with stars shimmering brightly
try as they might the sum of their efforts never will outshine you

see how the ant takes no pause and toils not knowing any better
similar is my heart as its cry silently pierces the night sky
sovereign is someone greater than both of us to whom we comply
sorry i cannot meet you due to restraint by self-imposed fetters

frogs croak as they leap in futile attempts to reach where you are
for they are not blessed as you are with wings with which you soar
from your mouth is a melody so beautiful and in envy the frogs deplore
fraught with anxiety i fall deaf due to the sounds of my internal war

the weather smells bittersweet as the rain becomes morning's dew
to the sky i lift my eyes and catch the glimpse of your shadow
to my dismay i am stuck on the ground forever bound to this meadow
try as i might the sum of my efforts in vain never will reach you

frozen
embrace - op. 17

i dreamt of you amidst a snowy splendor, and as the gentle flakes garnished your skin so tender,
they danced and brightly shimmered under the setting sun, igniting you aglow in iridescent wonder.
your radiance fixated me as would a tether, for one to match this sight there warn't another,
and as winter bellowed up in fury it mattered not, for in warm embrace the flow of time froze over.
